To set up the game, place six Present tokens in a row on the table - three on one side of the table and three on the other. Then, give each player four Santa Die and set the remaining Santa Die aside.

The youngest player goes first and play passes clockwise. On a player's turn, they roll all four of their Santa Die. If they roll any doubles, they collect two Presents from the center of the table and then re-roll the remaining dice. If they don't roll doubles, they can either keep all four dice or re-roll any or all of them up to twice. They must then select two dice and place them next to any two Present tokens on the table. If both dice match one of the Present tokens (e.g., two red 6s next to a red Present token), that player takes that token and sets it in front of them. If one of the dice matches and one doesn't (e.g., a red 6 next to a green Present token), that player takes the Present token and sets it in front of them, then places the unmatched die back in the box. Play passes to the left and continues until one player has collected all six of their Present tokens.

That player is then declared winner!
